Sales Manager – Plastic Resins

Introduction:

Central City Tower, Bangna

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow sales of plastic pellets to both existing and prospective clients
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  3. Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  4. Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external partners to support sales operations
  5. Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the management team
  6. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
  7. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the plastic resin or petrochemical industry
  3. In-depth knowledge of plastic pellets and their applications
  4. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills
  5. Self-driven, proactive, and open to new challenges
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  7. Fluent in English (spoken and written); ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage
  8. Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to travel as needed
