Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager International to join Client team. In this role, you will oversee global sales activities, manage key international accounts, and explore new business opportunities to expand our brand presence. This position is perfect for someone with a strong background in international B2B sales within the food industry, and a passion for strategic growth. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and Grow Existing Accounts

  1. Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Promote and introduce newly launched products to boost sales.
  3. Deliver post-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
  4. Collaborate with clients on sales promotion initiatives to drive revenue growth.

2. Expanding New Business Opportunities

  1. Create and execute strategies to build partnerships and penetrate new international markets.
  2. Supervise and support sales teams, agents, and representatives to ensure goal achievement in their designated regions.
  3. Coordinate with customers and the R\&D team to co-develop products that align with market needs.
  4. Plan and manage promotional campaigns that support sales objectives.

3. Lead the International Sales & Marketing Department

  1. Oversee the full sales order process, from intake to delivery, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
  2. Monitor product quality and address any customer concerns with urgency and efficiency.
  3. Manage department budgets in line with company plans.
  4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the companys global presence.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Work closely with internal teams including production, quality assurance, logistics, and procurement to align production capacity and stock levels with operational plans.
  2. Ensure optimal inventory control to prevent shortages or overstock.


5. Effective Foreign Exchange Management

  1. Leverage currency exchange rates to ensure competitive international pricing and optimize profit margins.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  1. Deliver comprehensive performance reports (monthly and quarterly) to senior management for business review and planning.


Requirements:

  1. Proficient in English, with an advantage if also fluent in Chinese.
  2. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  3. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in international sales or marketing, particularly within the food sector.
  4. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and guiding teams.
  5. Must be based in or willing to work in Mueang District, Songkhla Province.
  6. Willing to work every other Saturday as part of the regular schedule.
  7. Includes housing support and monthly airfare allowance for travel back home.
