Introduction:

Responsibilities:

Control, Issue quotation for Import & Export shipment to customers / Overseas Agent / Head Quarter.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Negotiate transportation /sub-warehouse /sub-contractor/suppliers rate & service.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Follow company rules and compliance the policy.

Training in the team needs to succeed.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Continuously improve through feedback.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Direct report to Sales Manager/General Manager/Director/Managing Director.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field

3-5 years of Sales Experience in Freight Forwarder

Must have own car and driving license

Excellent interpersonal skills

Good command in English both writing, speaking.

Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
