Location: 2 positions - Northern Region, Bangkok Thailand
Salary: 50,000 85,000 THB + company car, fleet card and attractive incentive and bonus
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing a reliable and long-term sales network within the assigned region, focusing on tire dealers and distributors. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills and have fair to good English communication abilities to effectively engage with partners and internal teams.
Build and maintain a reliable, long-term sales network for tire dealers and distributors within the Northern Region.
Establish strong, positive relationships with distributors and retailers to support business growth.
Evaluate existing and potential dealers and distributors continuously to strengthen the sales network.
Implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets according to individual business plans and identify new business opportunities for dealers and distributors.
Maintain ongoing communication with the marketing department to optimize pricing strategies and price lists.
Support the monitoring of product performance in the market and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Analyze competitors performance and highlight relevant benchmark products for effective positioning.
Collaborate with Technical Customer Service to resolve customer claims and enhance product performance.
Develop and maintain a sales forecast (minimum of three months) in cooperation with distributors.
Regularly monitor and report on the performance of distributors and shops against established targets, issuing early warnings for low performance or unforeseen changes.
Bachelors degree in Sales, Account Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the Thailand Passenger Light Truck Replacement (PLT RE) market.
Familiarity with the Thailand Truck Tire market is a plus.
Knowledge of the competitive landscape of the PLT RE sector.
Experience in forecasting and budget planning processes.
Background in sales, supply chain management, product release procedures, or related fields.
Understanding of government requirements (e.g., CCC) processes.
Willingness and ability to travel across various locations in the Northern Region.
Fair to good English communication skills; additional language proficiencies are a bonus.
