Regional Sales Director – Plastic Resins

Introduction:

Location: Central City Tower, Bangna

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the sales of plastic pellets to existing and new clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.
  3. Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads to expand customer base.
  4. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the companys revenue growth.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  6. Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to management.
  7. Travel to customer sites as required (company covers all travel-related expenses)

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years experience in plastic pellet sales, with strong product knowledge.
  3. Proven ability to develop business and close deals.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  6. Proficient in English or Chinese (preferred).
  7. Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to travel as needed.
