Responsibilities:

·        Apply innovative resins and conduct comprehensive assessments of coating properties.

·        Contribute to strategic projects focused on innovative technology concepts in coatings and related applications, with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

·        Ensure safe laboratory operations and adhere to safety protocols.

·        Define, plan, and execute innovation projects.

·        Establish specific technical objectives and milestones for long-term projects.

·        Stay updated on significant advancements in coating technology and competitive activities.

·        Exhibit exceptional creativity, forward-thinking, and seasoned judgment when strategizing, coordinating, and guiding the technical facets of projects.

Requirements:

·        Possess a Ph.D. in Chemistry, preferably with a focus on Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.

·        A minimum of 5 years of specialized expertise in adhesive chemistry and extensive knowledge of laminating adhesives.

·        Demonstrated interest in working within a laboratory environment, showcasing a track record of practical accomplishments and adept problem-solving skills.

·        Exhibit a creative disposition, with a pronounced customer-centric approach, and a structured approach to deliverables, ensuring that projects meet or exceed expectations.

·        Display a robust commitment to safety and quality standards, consistently adhering to cultural norms and best practices in these areas.
