Introduction:

QC Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Manage New Model Development processes, including APQP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
2. Support and handle customer complaints, including preparing and submitting reports to customers.
3. Analyze NG parts, conduct inspections, and manage customer claims.
4. Interpret and review engineering drawings.
5. Operate and utilize measuring equipment such as CMM, caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and tensile strength tester.
6. Apply problem-solving methodologies, including 5 Why Analysis and 8D Report preparation.
7. Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
8. Perform internal quality audits to maintain system integrity.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in engineering.
2. 2-5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
3. Strong knowledge and practical experience with QA & QC tools and Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
5. Hands-on experience with various measuring instruments.
6. Solid knowledge of quality assurance principles, new model part inspection, stamping, and welding processes.
7. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
8. Understanding of stamping processes and basic welding operations.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address NG issues in production processes.
