Our client is a leading provider in the steel fabrication and automotive painting industry
Responsibilities:
The QA Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a QA management role, specifically within the steel fabrication and automotive painting sectors.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and TS 16949).
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of quality in all products and processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to quality management activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a QA management role within the steel fabrication and automotive painting industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and TS 16949.
- Proven track record of leading quality improvement projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
