Responsibilities:

1. Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls
2. Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties
3. Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
4. Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
5. Ensures projects are performed according to technical, quality, timing and financial requirements with consideration of company rules & guidelines
6. Steers the team and controls the project regarding the results for development, quality, dates and costs
7. Represents the project internally and externally regarding all aspects (customer, supplier)
8. Manages project changes and issues and prevents project risks by defining and implementing appropriate countermeasures in agreement with the steering team
9. Coordinates all suppliers working in the plant on investment projects
10. Feedback on supplier performance to central functions
11. Develop and educate all suppliers to be more professional and high ability
12. Coordination of all involved parties. Ensure high level of quality
13. Coordinates local equipment and process improvement
14. Reports potential improvements to ET.
15. Prepares a draft version for preventive maintenance
16. Defines the necessary spare part list
17. Assist Maintenance team 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or Masters degree of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 
2. Has lead several projects of machine installation, commissioning, improvement, refurbishment and upgrade
3. Management of contractor and engineering project for at least 3 years
4. Technical pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical knowledge, Auto cad
5. Tire manufacturing knowledge
6. Project management / Conti PROMT system
7. Technical Controls & Drives knowledge
8. MS-Office software and MS-project
9. Assertiveness with external suppliers
10. General knowledge about utilities & civil construction
11. Fluent English communication skill.
