Introduction:

Warehouse Leader (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate stock, products, and raw materials to align with production and export schedules.
• Prepare and manage documentation for both import and export activities.
• Manage inventory to support production processes and ensure effective inventory control.
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of products and raw materials to relevant stakeholders.
• Compile daily and monthly stock reports, summarize product and raw material balances, ensure accurate disbursements, and submit reports to relevant parties.
• Develop and maintain operational control of the STORE system.
• Plan and ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating with the import and export departments.
• Collaborate with internal and external departments to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Flexible working days and hours.
• Knowledge of ISO and 5S systems is essential.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
• Strong understanding of production planning processes.
