Introduction:

Location: Amata City Chonburi

Responsibilities:

• Create daily production planning
• Leading daily production supervising assembly staff ensuring processes and work instructions are followed.
• Making necessary production related inputs and ensure data integrity
• Training and development of workers to meet required skill level.
• Build effective teams, develop motivation and commitment and maintain morale, including rotation of staff.
• Monitoring, reporting and steering of relevant KPI’s.
• Monitoring of quality standards , technical , troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience directly in  manufacturing
• Strong management skills with experience to supervise up to 30 staffs
• Background in chemical products is a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of machineries 
• Good command in English
