Responsibilities:

• Managing daily production line performance and improvements for production operation.
• Monitor production operations to meet scheduled production volume requirements.
• Lead  the achievement of the plant objectives across Safety Quality, Cost, Delivery, People and Environment operational framework.
• Handle production costs and review of operational improvement methods.
• Manage document and implement standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the daily safety and quality of products. 
• Directly report any defects to Plant Manager for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or related fields.
• 3 years' experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment of foods industry.
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks in full and on time.
• Good communication in English both writing and speaking.
• Computer literate in MS programs and background in ERP system.
• Experience in plant commissioning is a plus.
• Interest to take on progressively more responsible roles within the organization.
• Own transportation.
