Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the performance of production machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.
• Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety risks.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, production outputs, and machine performance.
• Prepare reports for management on production efficiency and equipment status.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in production engineering, machinery maintenance, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and machinery operations.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and ISO standards is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
