Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop innovative beverage products, ensuring high quality standards and alignment with brand strategy and market requirements.
2. Develop and review product designs, mold designs, and technical specifications to support efficient and reliable production processes.
3. Define machine specifications and oversee order tracking to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective production.
4. Utilize design software such as SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD for product development, tooling, and machine design.
5. Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation from design to mass production.
6. Analyze production issues and continuously improve product designs to enhance performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
7. Lead, mentor, and support the design team to achieve project goals and meet development timelines.
8. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and design reports in accordance with company standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5–6 years of experience in product design, preferably within the beverage industry, including mold design experience.
3. Strong proficiency in SOLIDWORKS; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
4. Experience in team leadership or people management is a plus.
5. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
6. Strong analytical abilities with a structured and detail-oriented working approach.
7. Demonstrated leadership skills with logical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities.
