Introduction:

Location: Rayong, Thailand

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze power plant performance data, including efficiency, output, and reliability metrics.
2. Identify and investigate performance deviations and develop corrective action plans.
3. Conduct performance testing and evaluations of power plant equipment, such as boilers, turbines, generators, and heat exchangers.
4. Develop and implement strategies to optimize power plant efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
5. Prepare performance reports and present findings to management.
6. Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to implement performance improvement initiatives.
7. Participate in the development and review of operating procedures and maintenance plans.
8. Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and performance issues.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
10. Support the commissioning and start-up of new power plant equipment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5 years of experience in power plant performance engineering.
3. Strong understanding of power plant systems and equipment, including boilers, turbines, generators, and heat exchangers.
4. Experience with performance monitoring systems and data analysis.
5. Knowledge of power plant operating principles and best practices.
6. Proficiency in English.
