Introduction:

To lead and manage the entire production facility, ensuring that all manufacturing operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with company policies and international quality standards. The Plant Director is responsible for optimizing resources to achieve production targets while maintaining the highest levels of product quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership: Oversee all factory operations, including raw material intake (Silos), mixing, extrusion, pelleting, and automated packaging lines.
2. Production Strategy: Execute production plans to meet company targets, ensuring optimal capacity planning and minimizing operational downtime.
3. Quality & Compliance: Maintain and enforce international quality systems such as ISO, HACCP, GMP, and BRC (or relevant feed safety standards like FAMI-QS).
4. Cost & Budget Management: Manage the plant’s OPEX and CAPEX budgets, focusing on cost reduction, waste minimization, and energy efficiency.
5. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with the procurement team to manage raw material inventory (grains, proteins, additives) and ensure seamless material flow.
6. People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of engineers, production supervisors, and operators to foster a high-performance culture.
7. Safety & Environment: Ensure all work practices comply with statutory safety regulations and environmental policies.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Animal Science, Food Science, or a related field.
2. Industry Experience: Strong background in the Animal Feed or Pet Food industry, with deep understanding of feed processing technology and biosecurity protocols.
3. Quality System Mastery: In-depth knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, and BRC systems specifically applied to food/feed safety.
4. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a large workforce (1,000+ employees preferred) and drive organizational change.
5. Communication: Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (Conversational/Professional) for reporting to management and coordinating with external stakeholders.
6. Resilience: Ability to perform effectively under high pressure and deliver results based on strict KPIs.
7. Integrity: Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and maintains the highest standards of professional ethics and honesty.
