Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop packaging concepts to meet product and customer requirements.
2. Create 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
3. Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to ensure practical and cost-effective designs.
4. Modify and improve existing packaging designs to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
5. Prepare technical drawings and specifications for production.
6. Ensure designs comply with company standards and customer needs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree or diploma in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 12 years of experience in packaging design or related work.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.
4. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
5. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
