Introduction:

Location: Amata City, Rayong

Responsibilities:

• Overall accountability for achieving the Companies’ production, profitability and safety goals, and cost reduction programs
• Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing policies, planning, organizing and directing of all operational activities of the site.  
• Forecast manpower and facilities requirements, maintaining inventory controls including quality standards
• Develop production time and quality standards, manufacturing technology, safety, as well as the environmental aspects of the manufacturing function. 
• Ensure that all reporting metrics are compiled on a timely basis to support business plan financial reporting schedules  
• Review to improve process comprehension in turn improving relevance of daily duties, detailed review of all capex, accurate compliance
• Ensure prompt root cause investigation of all safety incidences, customers complaints or quality defects
• Reviews the scrap levels and ensures mitigation measures are implemented to reduce costs.
• Drive strict adherence expectations of all quality management systems, monthly review of quality metrics, conducting random system checks for procedural compliance, 
• Monitor internal and external issues for entire plant review and engagement all operational systems standards 
• Maintain compliance with ISO14001, ISO18000 Environmental and Health & Safety accreditation. 
• Direct the activities of the Site Quality Manager in close coordination with the Company policy and Quality teams
• Provide leadership to the Site Maintenance Leaders and up to date, review of daily plant issues 
• Work with the Engineering Teams to ensure monthly review of all manufacturing and facility equipment key to ensure alignment with plant’s KPI’s and Business Plan attainment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering with over 10 years of managerial experience
• Must have strong background in Automotive manufacturing company (Stamping,Welding,Forging) 
• Direct experience in new plant setup company is an advantage 
• Solid experience to implement the production system and procedures adhere at all times to TS16949/ISO 14000/OHSAS18000 
• Fluent in English communication both speaking and writing
• Excellent leadership , and analytical skills
