Introduction:

About the Role As an NPI Engineer, you will lead and coordinate new product introductions and changes, ensuring smooth implementation from prototype to production.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage new product launches and product changes according to SOP timelines.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct feasibility studies and trial runs.
3. Lead validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV) and report results for internal or customer approval.
4. Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, including design records, control plans, PFMEA, MSA, FAI, and packaging per PPAP requirements.
5. Monitor and report NPI progress and follow up on pending actions.
6. Maintain accurate data in SAP (part master, BOM setup and updates).
7. Ensure production readiness by coordinating work instructions and training.
8. Manage smooth handover from development to full production.
9. Coordinate with suppliers and customers during change implementation.
10. Support problem-solving and process improvement activities.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Experience in NPI, validation processes, and documentation.
3. Familiar with PPAP, BOM, and SAP systems.
4. Strong coordination and communication skills.
5. Good command of English (spoken and written).
6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
