Responsibilities:

1. Prepare material requirement planning (MRP) based on production schedules to ensure sufficient and timely raw material availability
2. Monitor raw material delivery schedules and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production departments to avoid material shortages or excess inventory.
3. Control inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimize obsolete stock and material waste
4. Manage raw material issuing, additional material requests, and material returns according to production orders and ERP system records
5. Support troubleshooting and improvement activities related to production material issues such as shortages, damaged materials, or material loss
6. Conduct periodic inventory checks and analyze stock discrepancies to improve inventory accuracy
7. Maintain and update raw material information in the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and reliability
8. Support interpretation and translation activities within the department when required
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in material planning, production control, purchasing, or related functions
3. Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
4. Strong sense of responsibility, positive interpersonal skills, and fast learning ability
5. Good command of Chinese communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with the ability to use Chinese as the primary working language
