Legal Counsel
Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager to join our client in-house legal team. This role will focus on contract management for real estate development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and update real estate contracts, including purchase agreements and construction contracts.
- Coordinate with external legal teams on litigation, particularly contractor disputes.
- Provide legal support on permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals.
- Offer day-to-day legal support to management and internal teams.
- Maintain legal documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM).
- 3+ years of experience in real estate law with a strong background in contract work and litigation.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and construction contracts.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
