Business: Food manufacturer
• Working closely with the Head of Learning & Development and the operations team to identify potential learning needs.
• Delivery of quality and engaging, professional learning solutions, courses, and workshops to meet the people, business, and brand objectives.
• Support the design of learning across a range of areas; including new tools, technology, process, product, cross-skilling, soft-skills, behaviors, and mind-sets.
• Work with the leadership team to support their capability for leading change.
• Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organization Development or related field
· At least 3 years’ working experience in HRD, OD, and Internal Communication
· Familiar with large MNC’s Culture
· Mature, dedicated, reliable, result-driven with positive thinking
· Creative, flexible, multi-tasking skills, and able to work under pressure
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and cooperation skills with service minded
· Good command of English both spoken and written with computer literacy
