Introduction:

PURPOSE :To support in all laboratory activities & preparation of sales & marketing material with the objective of meeting customers requirement.

Responsibilities:

PROBLEM SOLVING

Conduct sampling, colour matching and spraying

INDEPENDENCE

Production run, costing, maintenance of lab and replenish office supplies

DEPENDENCE

Budgetary restrictions and formulating

ENVIRONMENT AND RISK  : Work in air conditioning laboratory, exposure to chemicals & machinery operations

Support in the functioning of laboratory

Shared Technical Manager, Technical Advisor, internal/ external customer feedbacks

Conduct sampling, support technical processing colour matching and spraying

Shared Timely supply of all samples

Support technical team in tanneries up to production runs at smaller accounts

Prepare formulation costing to present to customers

Contributory Timely supply of all costing

Prepare sales and promotional materials, i.e. roadshows & exhibitions

Responsible for general housekeeping of laboratory

Responsible for preventative maintenance of laboratory, include liaising with maintenance contractor

Requirements:

Technical Institution/Diploma/Degree in Science (Chemistry)

Minimum 2-3 years experience in spraying industry

Knowledge: Exposure to other spraying industry desirable but not essential
