Introduction:

Our Client a privately-owned automotive distributorship group of companies managing many legendary luxury European Automotive brands. Operate principally in Singapore and Southeast Asia, where their subsidiaries can leverage on their expertise understanding local luxury markets , they partner many European top global brand representing in Asia region

Responsibilities:

Position: Secretary

Reporting to Executive Chairman, you will provide administrative support , assisting his calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.

Attend meetings and take notes of discussion, prepare the initial draft of action points; Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and ground transportation;

Making lunch/dinner reservation, Maintain contacts information on Outlook

Scanning of documents for e-archiving & Disseminating signed documents

Filing of documents & Handling Executive Chairman all incoming and outgoing Mails.

Assist on preparing and distribution of hampers and gifts to business associates

Assist on office relocation (Packing/unpacking)

Any other duties assigned by the Executive Chairman office

Oversee office management and routinely perform a wide variety of support and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operation;

Requirements:

ONLY Singaporean or PR

At least 3-4 years of experience in similar capacity supporting top management

Positive attitude, driven and ready to take on challenges;

Ability to exercise judgment in managing confidential or sensitive information;

Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency with the ability to meet deadlines;

High degree of maturity and professionalism;

Excellent oral and written English communication skills and Oral in Chinese
