Japanese Sous Chef

Introduction:

Our client is a well-established F&B operator in Singapore, renowned for managing a diverse portfolio of multi-concept gastrobars in prominent locations. They are seeking a Sous Chef with specialized expertise in Japanese cuisine.

Responsibilities:

  • Delicate knife skills for poultry and fish trimming
  • Skilled with yakimono, agemono, sushi/sashimi,
  • Good knowledge of Japanese ingredients
  • Manage and uphold standards and discipline
  • High level of time management skills
  • Work under pressure, fast paced bistro bar
  • Administrative task - Implement SOP, rostering, costing, ordering, stock taking

Requirements:

  • With valid food hygiene certification
  • experience in Japanese Cuisines
  • With good Japanese Cutting Skillset


Note:

Working Hours: Mon to Sat, 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Taxi claim reimbursement)
