Introduction:

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure supporting our manufacturing operations. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on technical responsibilities across areas such as network systems, servers, cybersecurity, data backup, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the IT environment while supporting users across departments and working collaboratively with global IT teams when required.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure tailored for manufacturing environments.

Oversee and maintain all IT systems including infrastructure, network, servers, backups, cybersecurity, hardware, software, and end-user support.

Ensure implementation and compliance with IT security policies, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

Analyze user requirements and collaborate with software developers to implement suitable systems.

Provide training, support, and technical guidance to end-users.

Administer and maintain a stable, secure, and high-performance IT network environment.

Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Design, configure, and test networking tools, computer hardware, and operating system software.

Maintain up-to-date documentation on IT policies, processes, and system configurations.

Collaborate with global or regional IT teams as needed.

Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

-Minimum of 2 years experience in IT infrastructure, especially within industrial or factory settings.

-Strong technical knowledge in network systems, servers, cybersecurity, and end-user support.

-Self-motivated, able to multitask, and possess a systematic and analytical mindset.

-Fast learner with a strong willingness to collaborate as part of a team.

-Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
