Introduction:
Location: Muang, Rayong
Salary: 75,000 90,000 THB
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and tracking of machinery and construction materials during the project phase.
- Coordinate with project teams and purchasing departments to optimize stock levels, manage storage spaces, and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Implement best practices for physical inventory management, ensuring accuracy and safety according to international standards specific to power plant and chemical industries.
- Develop and maintain inventory management procedures aligned with industry safety norms and environmental regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels using SAP to ensure adherence to FIFO principles and project requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of inventory systems to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the chemical properties, limitations, and storage requirements of various materials within the power plant and chemical industry.
- Proven expertise in safely storing and managing machinery and spare parts according to international standards.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated proficiency with SAP inventory management systems.
- Experience implementing FIFO inventory practices aligned with specific project usage requirements.
- Ability to travel independently to the work location.
- Prior experience working in a power plant or chemical manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, tailored to industry-specific challenges.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.
