Introduction:

Our client is the Electronics manufacturing is looking for HROD Manager/Specialist to support the growth of Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare induction program to enable successful integration of new employees into the organization.
• Provide induction, orientation and reorientation to all staff to help them understand the HR systems, policies and procedures of the organization.
• Develop, monitor, review and update the HR activity work plan to ensure that the organization attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible
• Oversee the maintenance and update of all HR related databases, i.e. personnel, training suppliers, HR service providers, jobs and vacancies within the organizations, reference library of employment law information, etc. and filing system to serve all HRM purposes
• Develop and implement performance management systems that all staff can use in facilitating feedback.
• Develop and implement employee welfare and wellness services including medical schemes, insurance, security, work life balance.
• Develop and implement Human Resource information systems, records and reports including availability and accuracy of information thereof.
• Being business partner with business unit for organization change and development. Interface with HQ and Reginal office to develop and deploy HR Policy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management, Organizational Development or other relevant area or related field.
• Experiences 8-15 years in Performance Management System, Organization Development, Learning & Education or related
• Background in Manufacturing is preferred. If have experience with Electronics industry would be advantage.
• Good Command in English and Japanese communication skill will be advantage
