Responsibilities:

• Plan and establish policies for the development and enhancement of skills, knowledge, and behaviors of individuals in the organization to ensure success in their work and promote growth within the organization.
• Manage training and development of necessary professional skills to enhance employees knowledge and capabilities.
• Promote career development programs to help employees grow within the organization and plan for future career advancement.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process by defining the necessary qualifications and criteria for various positions within the organization.
• Manage human resource resources and budget to ensure efficient operations within the allocated budget framework.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in human resource management, talent development, or related roles; experience in large organizations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to effectively plan and control budgets.
