Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment

  1. Develop and execute recruitment plans in line with approved manpower requirements.
  2. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
  3. Prepare and issue employment offers and related hiring documents.
  4. Coordinate and manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

2. Personnel Administration

  1. Maintain and update employee personnel records and files.
  2. Prepare employment contracts, employment certificates, and other HR-related documents.
  3. Manage and monitor attendance and timekeeping systems.
  4. Review and analyze employee attendance, leave records, lateness, overtime, and related entitlements.
  5. Prepare attendance and workforce reports.
  6. Establish, monitor, and follow up on KPIs for each position.
  7. Collect and verify employee performance evaluation data.
  8. Handle Social Security registration, updates, and termination processes for both Thai and foreign employees.
  9. Prepare and submit tax registration documents for foreign employees.
  10. Prepare and coordinate documentation for Work Permit applications and renewals.
  11. Prepare and submit e-Visa and WP.34 applications.
  12. Coordinate immigration-related processes, including TM.30 and TM.47 submissions.

3. Training & Development

  1. Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
  2. Identify training needs and prepare annual training plans.
  3. Organize internal and external training programs and coordinate with trainers and relevant parties.
  4. Maintain and update employee training records and documentation.

4. Payroll & Compensation

  1. Calculate personal income tax (PIT) and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  2. Process payroll, wages, overtime payments, attendance allowances, and employee benefits.
  3. Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations for compensation and benefits management.

5. Employee Relations

  1. Receive and address employee complaints, concerns, and suggestions.
  2. Provide HR consultation and support to employees.
  3. Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations.
  4. Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance morale and organizational commitment.

6. HR Management & Organizational Development

  1. Ensure company compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  2. Develop, review, and update company rules, regulations, and HR policies.
  3. Prepare warning letters and disciplinary action documents.
  4. Advise managers and supervisors on employee discipline matters and Thai labor law compliance.
  5. Coordinate with relevant government agencies and authorities.
  6. Support organizational development initiatives and workforce planning.
  7. Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs).
  8. Promote and strengthen the company's culture and values.

Requirements:

  1. Female candidate preferred.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Chinese Language, or a related field.
  3. Good command of Chinese communication skills (spoken and written).
  4. At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources functions.
  5. Experience at HR Supervisor level will be an advantage.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and employment regulations.
  8. Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
