Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with the company's overall business objectives.
2. Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process to attract, select, and retain top talent.
3. Design, implement, and oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development planning.
4. Plan and manage employee training and development programs to enhance skills and support career growth.
5. Manage and regularly review employee benefits and compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and high employee satisfaction.
6. Foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive workplace culture that drives employee engagement, well-being, and morale.
7. Act as a trusted advisor to executives and management, offering expertise in HR best practices, organizational development, and change management.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements, proactively minimizing risk to the organization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within the manufacturing or chemical industries.
3. Strong expertise in core HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and labor relations.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
5. Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting, using insights to drive strategic HR initiatives and inform business decisions.
6. Agile, adaptable, and resilient, with a demonstrated ability to manage change and navigate organizational challenges effectively.
