Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the establishment of greenfield production facilities and chemical processes.
2. Collaborate with contractors and the headquarters team to integrate technology and production processes for successful plant setup in Thailand.
3. Manage end-to-end production processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely product delivery.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise innovative process optimization solutions.
6. Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
7. Promote teamwork, engagement, and professional growth within the production team.
8. Manage capacity planning and resource allocation to minimize bottlenecks and maximize throughput.
9. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the availability of raw materials.
10. Utilize data analysis tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and support decision-making.
11. Generate regular production reports and present insights to senior management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the process industry, with a focus on continuous processes, preferably in greenfield projects within process manufacturing and chemical industries.
3. Flexible and adaptable to construction phase demands; available for six working days per week and alternate Saturdays post-plant setup.
4. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Extensive knowledge of production planning, quality management, and process optimization.
8. Proficient in using data analysis tools and methodologies for performance tracking.
9. Excellent people management and conflict resolution skills.
