Introduction:

Business: Construction Material

Responsibilities:

• Directly report to the Chief Financial Officer, leading a sizeable team in the Finance Department
• Responsible for full functions of finance and accounting for a listed Group of companies, including but not limited to OTC, PTP, RTR, Tax and Treasury functions
• Responsible and accountable for accounting, month-end closing and financial reporting for the Group
• Monitor audit process, statutory and tax filings; compliance of applicable regulatory requirements, proactive to grasp and sort out new regulatory requirements timely.
• Directly liaise with external auditors on the annual statutory audit matters
• Strengthen business processes in the Finance Department and implement proper internal control procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines, with CPA/ACCA qualification is a must
• Ideally 10+ years of finance and accounting experience in sizeable listed company, with at least 5 years in managerial level
• Big-4 experience is highly preferred
• Experience in CPA/ACCA qualification is a must, and process re-engineering is desired
• Willingness to drive positive change and influence those around you is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and applications, and financial modelling
• Good leadership and people skill, experience to lead the team and provide career inspiration
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience to communicate with cross department
• Excellent in spoken and written English
