Introduction:

We are seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and utility systems within our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of mechanical, electrical, water treatment, wastewater treatment, and boiler systems to support smooth plant operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise, coordinate, and oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations.
2. Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize utility systems, including electrical systems, mechanical systems, water treatment systems, wastewater treatment systems, and boiler systems.
3. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support production operations and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
5. Prepare maintenance reports, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and system performance.
6. Provide guidance, coaching, and technical training to mechanical and electrical technicians to strengthen team capabilities and operational effectiveness.
7. Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and related documentation for management review and decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
2. Hands-on experience with water treatment systems, wastewater treatment systems, and boiler operations.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and team management skills.
5. Good command of English or Chinese will be considered an advantage.
