Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the reliability, availability, and safe operation of electrical power distribution systems, including 115 kV and 22 kV substations.
2. Monitor electrical system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
3. Maintain and optimize power protection systems, including protective relays, transformers, circuit breakers, CTs/VTs, and switchgear.
4. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance for substations, electrical equipment, and protection systems to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
5. Conduct protection relay testing, calibration, coordination studies, and root cause analysis of electrical failures.
6. Support electrical system expansion, modification, utility infrastructure, and energy management initiatives.
7. Maintain technical documentation, relay settings, and electrical drawings.
8. Ensure compliance with ESH requirements, electrical safety standards, LOTO, Arc Flash, and company regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems preferred).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical systems, substations, or power distribution.
3. Experience with medium- and high-voltage systems (22 kV / 115 kV).
4. Strong knowledge of power protection systems, protective relays, transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear.
5. Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
6. Knowledge of power system studies, protection coordination, and electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA).
7. Experience in utility systems, energy management, or fire protection systems is an advantage.
