Introduction:

Location, Muang, Rayong Salary: 70,000 – 90,000 THB

Responsibilities:

1. Mobilize and supervise contractors for on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards.
2. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept design through to commissioning, ensuring successful project delivery.
3. Conduct comprehensive reviews of basic and detailed electrical engineering designs to ensure quality and compliance.
4. Propose design corrections in line with the latest technologies, local regulatory standards, and land laws.
5. Coordinate and communicate effectively with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements in Thailand.
6. Enforce and adhere to safe work practices and Thai legal safety standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering. Must hold a valid Electrical Engineer license issued by the Thai Government.
2. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in greenfield projects within the process manufacturing and chemical industries.
3. Hands-on experience in the maintenance of critical electrical infrastructure, including substations, switchgear, power transformers, distribution transformers, MV and LV motors, and UPS systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
4. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Strong understanding of construction phase requirements with a flexible attitude; able to work 6 days a week during peak phases and alternate Saturdays after plant setup.
6. Good command of English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
