Introduction:

This role as Demand Planner & Customer Service in Indonesia is a vital link between our company's supply chain and our valued customers. You'll be responsible for accurately forecasting product demand, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Indonesian market. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the efficient flow of our products

Responsibilities:

Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely compliance and follow-up of forecasts, deliveries and order processing.

Ensuring adequate and even supply of stock from overseas.

Ensuring that abnormal demand is recognized and handled adequately to reduce supply disruption.

Updating and maintaining the SAP system to have accurate data in the system.

Resolving demand related issues.

To address raw material/finished product scheduling issues

Product quality/quantity related issues on all purchases.  

Performing customer support duties including order processing (include samples request, preparing full set of various export shipping documentations and liaising with shipping company. 

Effectively communicating with various internal and external customers in APAC and globally.

Understanding of customers requirements, order process and establishing a win-win outcome to ensure smooth delivery of products to provide excellent services to customers and distributors.

Ensuring all shipping documents are submitted to bank or customers with zero discrepancy within stipulated working days.

Familiar with L/C will be advantage. 

Conduct annual stock take for audit purpose

Monitor and review weekly stock take

Liase with warehouse personnel for GI and GR process 

Requirements:

At least Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline.

At least 3 years of related working experience.

Good working knowledge of SAP system is preferred.

Possess positive attitude, self-motivated with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Keen interest to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
