Introduction:

We need customer service (Chinese speaking HSK5) Location at Ban Bueng, Chonburi

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving orders, tracking and delivering products to customers effectively

• Handle with all comments and suggestions from customers.

• Analyze and resolve the problem and improve the work process.

• Strictly and continuously operating according to the organization's quality system.

• Update and gather information of customers data including quotations, price lists, purchase orders etc.

• Operate with quality and service to meet customer satisfactions.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.

• Minimum 0-1 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sales, Interpreter or relevant position.

• Chinese communication skill, HSK5 or above is a plus (English skill is an advantage)

• Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, especially in telephone communication.

• Computer literacy such as Microsoft office.

• Good interpersonal skills, good mental health, service mind, able to work under pressure.
