1. Lead the Thailand business with full P&L accountability
2. Develop and execute local commercial strategies aligned with regional priorities
3. Manage distributor and key account relationships across pharmacy and health & beauty channels
4. Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance
5. Oversee marketing activation and in-store execution
6. Lead supply chain planning and operational coordination
7. Coach and manage a growing local team, fostering a high-performance culture

Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
2. 8+ years' experience in commercial roles, ideally in consumer healthcare, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries
3. Proven success managing distributor and key account relationships in Thailand's retail trade
4. Strong P&L management skills with a grasp of financial metrics and operational levers
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
6. Excellent analytical skills, including forecasting and trade management
7. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
8. Fluency in English and Thai
9. Willingness to travel for business
