Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of controlling in all relevant controlling matters contributing to a robust financial strategy
• Master Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring they align seamlessly with our strategic objectives
• Cooperating with project managers to help them meet budgeting goals
• Writing reports and presenting information to key stakeholders
• Developing and adjusting budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Costing, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A),with a preference for experience in manufacturing
• A strong advantage would be familiarity with ERP systems like SAP
