Introduction:

An International Organization (North, Southeast & South Asian countries including Europe – Norway, Denmark, UK, Germany, Australia and USA) which promotes and enhances cooperation against piracy and armed robbery against ships in Asia.

Responsibilities:

CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Corporate Communications

 To develop and implement action plans to support the profiling of

organisation to external stakeholders including media, government

authorities and maritime community

 Responsible for maintaining the Centre’s external-facing

communications channels including corporate website and social

media channels

 To support the development of communications content and materials

to profile the Centre to its external stakeholders. These include the

drafting of news releases, fact sheets, and social media posts; as well

as the production of corporate videos, publications and collaterals

 To be involved in media relations and to organise media events

including media briefings and interviews

 To organise corporate events including seminars/conferences and

Corporate visits

B. Secretariat

 To assist in Secretariat support including the maintenance of the

repository of information and correspondence involving Organization

Member Countries

 To co-ordinate and support in the planning of Secretariat-related

events

 To support and co-ordinate other Secretariat related functions where

required

Requirements:

JOB SPECIFICATION

 Degree from any discipline; preferably in the field of Communications

 Minimum 3-5 years of working experience; preferably in

communications-related fields

 Excellent in writing and spoken English

 Adept in digital communications, including analytics and data

measurement

 Social media and IT-savvy

 Good project management skills and able to handle tight timelines

 Self-motivated individual and a team player

 Meticulous and results-oriented

** Previous corporate communications experience in government ministries, stat boards, army, police, civil service will be ideal

** Open to SINGAPOREAN OR SINGAPORE PR ONLY

** MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK FLUENT MANDARIN

** Fresh degree holders in corporate communications welcome to apply.
