Introduction:

Company: Automotive (Germany) Location:Rayong

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize HRIS System and implement SAP module-HR
  • Execute corporate HRIS and maintain system system to align with global team
  • Responsible for Compensation and Benefits to ensure accuracy as per company policies 
  • Respond to requests or enquiries concerning company Compensation and Benefits package
  • Involve with team to support new staff onboarding C&B program
  • Participate with welfare committee regarding salary surveys and C&B structure including performance review
  • Monitor departments KPI  and enhance HR performance criteria , reporting KPI processes and results

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience related to HRIS and Compensation&Benefits
  • Familiar with payroll SAP and HR tools and HRIS programs
  • Advanced in Excel Spreadsheet is a plus
  • Proven background in C&B projects, implementation of HR welfare and benefits software 
  • Ability to work under tight deadline
  • Experience in multinational company will be an advantage
  • Service-mind and strong communication skill
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
