Introduction:
Our client is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager with a strong insurance brokerage background. The successful candidate will work remotely until the establishment of our office in Bangkok. This role focuses on supporting and facilitating the post-sale process rather than engaging in sales activities. Proficiency in both English and Thai is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Consultants in managing client relationships and responding to inquiries.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing support with product-related questions and requests.
- Coordinate and liaise between clients, Sales Consultants, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth processing of sales activities.
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide administrative and operational support during the sales process, ensuring all relevant paperwork and approvals are in place.
- Assist with managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and following up on action items.
- Help Sales Consultants with post-sale service and support, including client follow-ups and policy renewals.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales reports and data for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Fluency in both Thai and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in a sales support or client-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and act as a liaison between different teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an insurance brokerage or similar environment.
- Knowledge of the Thai insurance market and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
