Introduction:

We’re looking for a Chief Financial Controller (CFO) with experience in Merger & Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting procedures and company’s financial strategy
• Identify investment opportunities and manage mergers and acquisitions
• Evaluate and demonstrate on merge and acquisitions projects and investment project  
• Evaluate the overall corporate strategy, planning & analysis
• Drive the company’s financial planning and perform risk management
• Focus on Corporate Finance, Strategic Initiatives and strategic planning
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

Requirements:

•             Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant fields.

•             Proven record as CFO, Finance Controller with background in M&A , investment 

•             Expertise in business operations and management in Logistics Business is a plus.

•             Strong financial analysis, good presentation and communication skills
