Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced and highly meticulous Case Manager to join our client operational team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of life insurance applications for High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals and business entities. You will act as the vital link between high-performing sales consultants, business partners, and underwriting teams. Because a significant portion of their regional HNW client documentation and business correspondence is in Chinese, you must be comfortable reading and communicate in Mandarin

Responsibilities:

Case Management & Sales Support

  1. End-to-End Execution: Own and manage the full lifecycle of HNW life insurance applications from initial submission through to policy issuance and placement.
  2. Technical Illustrations: Prepare and verify the accuracy of complex sales illustrations and bespoke financial proposals requested by sales consultants and business partners.

  3. Underwriting Coordination: Facilitate medical requirements, financial underwriting requests, and additional documentation needed to smoothly clear cases.

  4. Advisor Liaison: Maintain active, consistent engagement with sales consultants, providing them with professional, timely, and proactive updates on case statuses.

Data Governance & Operations

  1. CRM Integrity: Promptly and accurately log all client profiles, meeting notes, and active case details into the CRM system.
  2. Document Control: Ensure all new business documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within strict internal and external windows.
  3. Financial Reporting: Liaise directly between the New Business and Finance teams to track paid reports, premium allocations, and monthly financial summaries.

Compliance & Risk Management

  1. Ensure all applications and administrative workflows strictly adhere to internal corporate policies, standard operating procedures, and MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulations.




Requirements:

Minimum of 2–5 years of operational experience as a Case Manager, Client Service Associate, or Sales Support Specialist within the financial sector, with a specific focus on HNW Life Insurance (e.g., Universal Life, VUL, Whole Life solutions).

Prepare and ensure the accuracy of sales illustrations requested by business partners and sales consultants.

• Maintain consistent engagement with sales consultants to assist in the preparation and management of insurance applications.

• Provide professional and timely updates to team members and sales consultants regarding the status of insurance applications.

• Accurately and promptly input client, meeting, and case file information into the CRM system.

• Submit new business documents accurately and within the required timeframe.

• Support team members with sales illustrations, case management, medical requirements, and presentations.

• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as MAS regulatory requirements.

• Liaise between the New Business and Finance teams regarding paid reports and other business and financial reports.
