Introduction:

Business Development Manager (Chemicals Industry) Salary 90,000 – 120,000 THB Location: Work from home basis

Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for new product development, new segments and expansion of business portfolio

·         Provide leadership and coordination (directly and/or indirectly) for the locally

·         Set and marketing strategy and annual sales budgets and monitor sales progress on a monthly basis

·         Prepare sales forecast and follow up, to support planning and operation.

·         Maintain communication with customer service/logistic department and evaluate sales progress and P&L figures

·         Explore industry trend, technology evolvement, customer demand, and competition landscape

·         Drive high level customer satisfaction as industry benchmark, customer visit report, monthly/quarterly/yearly sales report etc.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business , Marketing,  or any related fields

·         At least 5 years sales experience in Polyurethane industry

·         Solid background of independent sales and hand on sales target to meet the corporation’s growth targets

·         Good background technical knowledge with high negotiation capability

·         Excellent in English communication skills verbal and written

·         Work from home, and able to travel > 50%

·         Great  interpersonal skills
