        Perform vessels' compliance with sub-coordinates.

        Knowledge in the Hong Kong Shipping Ordinance

        Min. 1 year of sea-going exp/ 2 years shore-based exp

        Form 5 or above

        Minimum 2 years related shore-based experiences in Shipping/ Operation fields.

        General knowledge in the Hong Kong Shipping Ordinance

        Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

        Customer focus, good interpersonal and negotiating skills.

        Computer literate with emphasis on MS Office and Excels
