Location: On-nud, Bangkok Salary: 55 - 70K 6 working days
· Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, systems and processes
· Create planning to develop employees in the organization
· Support and coordinate with line manager to implement the HR activities in align with the policy
· Responsible for HR report such as headcount report, manpower report
· Assist line mangers in legal advice concerning HR legal related issues
· Maintain performance management system relevant to company policy
· Create employee relations activities , employee engagement , social welfare
· Coordinate with Labor Department, Labor Skills Development center to support all HR work process
· Other tasks as assigned by superior
· A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
· Minimum 5 -7 years’ experience in Human Resources, HRD, HRM, HRIS, performance management
· Knowledge of Thai labor law
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Proactive, , strong interpersonal skill with self-initiative ,service mind and positive attitude
· Good level of spoken & written English
