Assistant Vice President (Office Leasing)
Introduction:
An establish Real Estate enterprise is hiring an Assistant Vice President for Office Leasing to join their expansion team
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Office Leasing functions of a renowned tourist shopping belt in Singapore
- Conduct canvassing call to generate leads for lease of properties.
- Formulate and implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties.
- Coordinate the department’s activities to ensure consistency and compliance of Leasing’s policies and procedures.
- Manage good Landlord-Tenant relationships and handle any complaints/grievances.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Business
- Min 8 years of Office Leasing experience
- Sales Driven and Strong Leadership Skill
- Good Listener
