Introduction:

Assistant to GM (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the GM, including managing the calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.
• Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
• Act as a liaison between the GM and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, translating documents and facilitating communication.
• Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence for the GM, prioritizing urgent matters.
• Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Organize company events, meetings, and business trips for the GM.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the GM.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Related field 
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, secretary, or executive assistant role.
• Good command in English & Chinese with strong written and verbal communication abilities. 
• High level of integrity and proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
